Asin seeking plum roles in Bollywood?

Asin, who shot to fame in Bollywood with Ghajini, has just one film in hand at the moment (London Dreams opposite Salman Khan). Several big producers had approached her with their projects, but the actress had turned them down as she was very choosy about her roles.

Asin was to start work on 19th Step directed by Bharat Bala, but unfortunately, after Kamal Haasan pulled out of the project, it has now been shelved indefinitely.

She is now on the lookout for interesting projects in Bollywood and is hoping to bag some meaty roles soon. Meanwhile, competition is hotting up with the entry of several new faces in Bollywood.

Trisha, the latest addition from Kollywood, will soon be seen in a comedy flick opposite Akshay Kumar.
